So...you hate the pop-ups?

Here is a few comments about them.

My website is a hobby, and in order to pay the cash  for the line that is required every month, I had to put advertising on it. The 1st thing I found was the damn pop-ups. I hate them too, but they are necessary for now, so here is my advice.

You can deal with them (recommended) , and support the site, OR you can do one of 2 things. You can avoid the 1st page (www.stickdeath.com) and link to http://www.stickdeath.com/frameset.htm. The only page I have the pop-ups on is the 1st page, or you can right mouse click on the button in the browser next to the stickdeath button and click on close from the menu to close the ad window. If you can't figure out which button it is...look for one that says stickdeath.com to the right of it will be the ad button. Don't write to ask if you can't figure it out from there.

I'm actually telling you how to avoid the pop-ups, which will cause me to lose ad revenue. If it drops below a certain point, I will have to make them mandatory. But for those who can't handle a few extra clicks...I don't know what else to tell you, except I'm not going to pay thousands of dollars a month to maintain a hobby....but you go right ahead and avoid them, or avoid me.
